Healing
To be sad that it’s all over is to dampen the memory that it happened.
Feelings don’t just go, but the intensity does. Use them at their ripest to fuel something positive.
Looking forward is less strenuous than constantly looking back.
Trees can grow in the most brutal of conditions. As the elements lash at the branches they allow themselves to be bent instead of broken. The trunk becomes twisted and bowed as it adapts. However the tree stays rooted. It remains to be a tree.
It makes no difference when you are a ‘nobody’ to those whom opinion doesn’t matter, because to those who do care, you are a ‘somebody’.
There are so many yesterdays and too many tomorrows to ponder we forget there is only one today.
It is those who know how to unburden themselves, with what is otherwise bottled up, who are really the strongest and most confident.
There are those whose worlds are much smaller than yours.
There is always a sunrise, with every sunset. As there is a sunset, with every sunrise. An end to either suffering or happiness is inevitable. The experience is the only permanent. Strive to keep the lessons good and memories better.
Perhaps the real reason things aren’t going your way is that you haven’t actually seen the whole big picture.
Good or bad, despite what is happening, the day always seems to end.
There is a comfort that I can only experience by staring into your eyes. It is followed by a soothing calm. It is your aura which I choose to rest my heart.
Anxiety is like a splinter. The pain is so intense when under your skin, but the second it is out, it is like it was never there.
Without regret there are no lessons.
